The car has a base price of $22,195, including $795 destination charge. It compares in price to the Fiat 500 Abarth, which has a base price of $22,000, but with 160 horsepower does not match the Fiesta. General Motors Co.’s Chevrolet Sonic RS, at a base price of $20,995, produces 138 horsepower.
